    Shoreland Zoning - Expansion of Conforming Residence Webber Pond
    Tax Map 19, Lot 5

    An expansion is proposed for an existing home located more than 100 feet from the high water mark of Webber Pond at 100 Pleasant Cove Rd.

    Shoreland Zoning - Expansion of Non-Conforming Residence Webber Pond
    Tax Map 18, Lot 25

    An expansion is proposed to an existing residence at 7 Birch Point Rd. A permit was issued for a demolition and reconstruction of the residence in Dec of 2007, but the permit was recently revoked, due to the dimensions of the structure being less than reported and the permitted expansion was too large. The seasonal conversion permit issued in May of 2006 has expired and is being re-applied for.

  5. Shoreland Zoning Forestry Option

    If we have time, I’d like to pick which of the three options in the State Guidelines that we favor. I will be better prepared to explain the options.
