Discussion: Should we join the Maine Association of Conservation Commissions at a cost of $150? We have no budget, would need to raise this money through some fund raising activity or request it from the Selectmen. Benefits: Networking opportunities with other organizations, towns, and people who do conservation work. Workshops offered periodically where we could learn things.

Discussion: Doing a project with the China Region Lakes Alliance Conservation Corp next summer? The President contacted us regarding the eradication of Purple Loostrife in our lakes. We should invite Peter Wilkins to one of our future meetings, either March or April.

Discussed follow up to meeting with Ginny Brackett, how to get started? We will contact her again to see what timeframe she is thinking about.

No meeting in December due to holidays.
