- Decided not to apply this year, as the application would be similar to last year and were not successful

- Town Forest trails work with Erskine
- Invasive plants event at the Grange with Alewife Restoration Initiative
- Masse Dam removed
- Alewives/Outlet Stream
- Fish ladder at China Lake Outlet
- CC participation and representation at meetings
- Consider parking at Historical Society for visiting fish ladder
- Lombard Dam to be removed late summer 2018
- CRLA - requested $15k, budget now says $5k
- Could alewife harvest $ go to CRLA?
- CRLA improves water quality through shoreland projects and boat inspections. They perform work no other town entity is doing. Improved water quality improves property values.
