    1. Decided not to apply this year, as the application would be similar to last year and were not successful
  2. Town Report
    1. Town Forest trails work with Erskine
    2. Invasive plants event at the Grange with Alewife Restoration Initiative
    3. Masse Dam removed
  3. Alewives/Outlet Stream
    1. Fish ladder at China Lake Outlet
    2. CC participation and representation at meetings
    3. Consider parking at Historical Society for visiting fish ladder
    4. Lombard Dam to be removed late summer 2018
    5. CRLA - requested $15k, budget now says $5k
    6. Could alewife harvest $ go to CRLA?
    7. CRLA improves water quality through shoreland projects and boat inspections. They perform work no other town entity is doing. Improved water quality improves property values.
